How We Handle Commercial Painting in Clearwater

Retail trade and accommodation and food services employ more people than any other sectors in Clearwater, according to the District's 2021 census figures. Many of those businesses serve visitors heading to Wells Gray Provincial Park, which Clearwater calls its gateway. A shop, restaurant or lodge cannot easily close, so painting has to fit around opening hours, deliveries and guests. We plan the job around your day, not ours.

Commercial work for Quick Fix means retail spaces, offices and warehouses. We start with a walk through the space and an itemized written quote, set colors and dates, then mask, sand, patch and paint. Floors and fixtures get covered, and the site is cleaned up at the end of every work day. Quick Fix is fully licensed and insured, with WorkSafeBC coverage.

Local Knowledge

Working around park traffic and a short season

BC Parks closes the road to Clearwater Lake and the upper Wells Gray corridor from mid-December to mid-May. For businesses that live on park traffic, those months can be quieter. That slower stretch can be a good time for inside work, such as a new coat in the dining room, front desk or sales floor. We plan the work area by area, so part of the space can stay in use while another part is painted.

Outside work is a different matter. At Vavenby the frost-free season runs from about mid-May to mid-September, and June and July are the wettest summer months. Paint labels and dew set the limits, so an outside job on a shop front or warehouse has to be booked into that window. Tell us your slow periods, your delivery times and any areas that cannot close, and we will build the plan around them.
